For the benefit of both No D Lay Shoe Shop and our customers, we do our best to avoid shipping out product that needs to be returned or exchanged. When ordering footwear online, it is best to have already tried on the shoes or boots being ordered in order to ensure the perfect fit. We strongly encourage all of our customer's to come in to the shop to try on work boots, shoes, and insoles that are new to them. If you have any questions, please contact us here.
We do recognize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you order a pair of boots that are uncomfortable or simply do not fit, please do not wear them outside. This is the best way to ensure that they remain in returnable condition. We are happy to accept returns that are in brand new condition for 30 days after the date of delivery.
Manufacturer Warranties:
For footwear and accessories damaged during shipping or that have manufacturer defects, we are happy to replace the item at no additional cost to the customer. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please call us at (541) 928-7651 with your order and tracking number.
Photos of defective or damaged items, order numbers, tracking numbers, and other relevant information can all help during the return or exchange process.
