No-D-Lay has been selling footwear to the working man for over 20 years in downtown Albany, Oregon. We strongly believe in one-on-one interaction with our customers, providing them with professional help to choose the correct footwear and insoles for their working environment.
Adam, the store owner, was born and raised in the Willamette Valley, working in the family’s shoe repair shops, learning about shoe construction, customer service, and running a small business.
While No-D-Lay no longer repairs shoes, the business has evolved into retail shoe store that specializes is safety toe and steel toe footwear for work. Our retail store has a large and varied selection of safety toe boots and shoes. We also carry footwear for hiking, hunting, running, training, wild land firefighting, and more.
For products that we do not currently have in the shop, we can place special orders through any and all of the brands we carry. For special or custom orders, we usually have a 7-10 day turnaround, unless the product is on back order from the manufacturer. In these situations, the customer is contacted and we try to give options with similar qualities.
